If you liked Shaolin Soccer, you will like this movie.

If you haven't seen Shaolin Soccer, go rent it.

There are tons of in-jokes for people who like kung fu movies. It also takes a couple good-natured jabs at The Matrix and some other more Westernized films (including at least one Shining reference).

Not sure what else I can say about it without giving away large portions of the plot, which really wouldn't ruin your enjoyment of it (most of the reviews do), but it's more fun to be surprised.
